- This sign measures 7.25×20 (It is not a framed sign)
- All of our wood signs are made with handpicked quality lumber-1/2″ or 3/4″ pine depending on the size of the sign.
- Most of our signs can be customized with background paint colors. Paint color options are available via a drop down menu when ordering your sign. All of the paints used are for indoor purposes. If you plan to use this product outdoors, please make a note in the comment section so that I know to use outdoor paints and stains.
- If you would like additional colors for the lettering, please leave a comment in the comment section.
- Each sign comes with hanging hardware attached on the back.
- The signs are made to order and shipped in 1-2 weeks from order date.
- Each wood sign has a different character (knots, grain, holes, etc.). Although we select quality lumber, flawless wood is unavailable. We do not try to cover up the wood’s character with paint. Your sign may not be identical to the one pictured, as most of the stock photos are mock ups.
- Every piece is one-of-a-kind and meticulously crafted to your specifications.
- Because our signs are custom made,we do not accept returns. However, we want you to LOVE your product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note, overall size of the final product may vary by 1/4″ depending on materials used.
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight, size, and destination. Total shipping cost will be determined once your cart is finalized. My current processing time is 1-2 weeks. I try my best to get them out within 1 week, however, life and the amount of orders I have may extend it into the 2nd For rush orders, please contact me before purchasing.
- I will ship your items to the address you provided upon checkout. If your address is incorrect on your billing, you are responsible for shipments being sent to a wrong address.
- All items are packaged securely with bubble wrap. If you receive an item that is damaged, I ask that you send me some photos of the damaged item via email. Once photos are received, I will file a claim through USPS on your behalf. Once the refund is received from USPS the replacement will be mailed to you.
- If you live in the Central Ohio area and would like to avoid shipping charges, please note local pickup in the shipping options so we can arrange local pickup.
